That’s just in case for some older ones take them that are very sensitive to any drugs and this could affect them in a strong way, just a precaution for they want to cover there *****.
I have an elderly friend that takes just one child’s Tylenol and she is out of it for many hours and has to go to bed it so bad, every one is different.
