The prisoners of war of the invading force would be forced to rebuild all the infrastructural damage they have caused.
At the same time, modern construction equipment is provided and good food, facilities and medical care is provided to the POW slaves.
But they would still be considered POWs for as long as necessary. Unless they get over the age of forty.

Melanie G asked: This costume was made out of a black sweatsuit using yellow tape or iron on material. I made it for my son several years ago. My younger son is now interested in construction equipment and would like to make it again. I know I am forgetting many of the details and of course cannot find the pictures that I took that year. I can’t find it on the Family Fun website anymore. If anyone made this or knows where I can find a picture of this costume, please let me know.
