OK, is this the stupidest disclaimer you’ve ever heard?

Hm. Um. Let’s see - you have to put a disclaimer in a SLEEPING PILL ADVERTISEMENT not to DRIVE or use a FORKLIFT??????

Are we, as a nation, so stupid that we have to be reminded not to drive while we’re asleep?

    ha ha i think its silly that those commercials for sleeping pills list drowsiness as a potential side effect… makes me giggle

    ‘Fraid so. Although I believe the intent is more to protect the mfgr’s of the products from lawsuits.

    If you ever have opportunity to work in product liability, in any capacity, you will weep at the folly of mankind.

    Not to mention throw up looking at pictures of industrial accidents. Or lawn mower accidents, or corn huskers, …. etc.
