Most of them are immature and shouldn't be behind the wheel of a car. So many 16 year olds are killed each year because of careless driving. If they raise the age that would help. Just like some grown adults shouldn't be driving either but that's a whole other subject. Some grown adults shouldn't be drinking but I think 21 is an ok age to consue alcohol. Vote- 18 is ok Smoke- Well at 18 you are considered an adult so if that's what you want to do as an adult so be it. Nothing we can do about it. Here's just one example: 4 teens driving on a open 2 lane road , all intoxicated , approaching railroad tracks and did not pay attention to the fact that there was a train PARKED , not moving , and slammed right into a tank car.We put 3 in squads to the hospital and I put 1 in a body bag !
