Need a recommendation for an engineering procurement construction firm dealing in waste to energy production?

I am looking for a firm that manufacturers equipment that will transpose waste material to environmentally safe residue with an energy production as a by-product. The company must be able to (1) ship the plant overseas (2) have the capability to export to Nigeria (3) provide initial set-up and ongoing support for the equipment and (4) have the initial station [of 15] running within 6 months of the order being placed and payment received at their home office.

   Try singapore Technologies. they have various groups undertaking such works

   Your best bet is to contact the EPA. They would be able to help.
   They have a waste division that deals with this kind of stuff.

   Now, regarding your export questions, you should contact a freight forwarder. They can provide solutions in the logistics of what you are looking for.
