use a hair dryer to blow out the moisture from your speakers and receiver, only then switch them on when ur sure , they're totally dry,, it will work , but u might not the same performance from the speakers as u were getting before .

The humidity will ruin the speakers (if it didn't already), and the receiver is probably gone. If you test it, make sure it dries out completely first (a few days in dry area).

it somewhat depends on the quality of the speakers and how much water intrusion they recieved that'll determine how they'll fair. what you can do is make sure to drain out as much excess water as possible then set them in a warm dry area (preferabaly direct sunlight) to dry for at least 3 days. if possibe, disassemble each one and check for any wet spots.

i think you should wait at least a week before trying the speakers.
the cones are probably trash but you might get lucky.
the receiver should be fine in a day or two.

you should wait a couple of days to run it, maybe even a week just to be on the safe side and make sure its in a warm place so it dries faster!

I had a 32 inch tv that got wet during a fire in my house. I waited three days for it to dry out and when I plugged it in it was fine. I still have it 8 years later.
