Im guessing 2 ways. Buy clothing with tough..durable material. Or maybe buy the OXICLEAN detergent. ???

Dawn diswashing liquid and the hottest water possible.Wet the stain.Put on the Dawn.Brush it in.Wash in HOT water.
years ago my husband worked in a mill where it was his job to service the machines i used to soak his clothes in soapy water to which i added ammonia .i soaked them overnight and then washed them in the washer in the usual way . keep the ammonia away from your face so you do not breathe in the fumes .alternately you can use sard wonder soap or sard spray ,much easier and no fumes
There is a degreaser at Walmart
that has a purple cap and it is most excellent

Degreaser and a blob of that heavy-duty white hand cleaner in the washer.
A stain remover from laundry section of grocery store. Spray and let it sit for a few hours, then wash in hot water if the clothes won’t shrink. Otherwise, use warm water. It might take several tries before the stains come completely out.
This may sound weird but they have this engine degreaser at autozone. It comes in a spray bottle with a trigger like handle. My son got some i used to clean my grill and oven hood then i got the bright idea of trying it on a shirt and some jeans. It didnt hurt the color or the material and boy it ever work!!!!!!, If you dont have a auto zone near you try some other parts store where they would sell it. you will be impressed. My brother inlaw was a machanic for the state highway department and boy did he ever get greasy. This just blew it away.
This will probably sound weird but I swear by it. First I spray the oil stain with WD40. Then I put Dawn dish soap on top of that and let it sit for a bit. Next I wash it like I normally would and when it comes out the grease stain is gone! This has worked on old grease stains that wouldn’t come out after many washes.
Here are few different ways…
Depending on how soiled they are.
Top loading washer…..add 1 cup of ammonia to wash (no bleach) Rinse an extra time.
*****Coca Cola******* a can or two in the wash works wonders.
Maybe wash once and while wet, treat spots with ammonia, or stain wash.
This is SURE-FIRE, I promise:
1.) Circle the stain with dish soap (DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP).
2.) Spray the stain with WD40, and allow it to set 20 minutes (to reactivate the grease).
3.) Using the dish soap circle (you MAY want to add more dish soap at this time), and an old tooth brush scrub the stain.
4.) Launder as usual.
