Since Christians believe that there is going to be a rapture, shouldn’t we deny them access to important jobs?

Wonder Weirdo asked:

A Christian Pilot would arguably be hazardous. Rapture and then plane crash. Perhaps they should also be prohibited from driving and operating heavy machinery. Financial institutions would have to revise their lending policies when dealing with Christians. Since there might be a rapture and they’re all whisked away, then the bank would be loosing money. I personally don’t think that there will be a rapture, but this is sound logic if you do. Of course, the Christians themselves would have to understand this logic. They can’t deny that it could be dangerous for a plane or car or forklift to suddenly be without an operator, and the banks have a right to protect themselves.

Boles: Under Destruction asked:

From what I understand, Christians are under the impression that they could be raptured from earth at any moment. Are you a danger to society if you could disappear in the blink of an eye while speeding down the freeway at 80 mph?
What exactly is the stereotype here batgirl? That Christians own cars? That they believe in the rapture? Not sure I follow…
What a horrible attitude, Nina. Do you feel the same about the poor souls in China right now? “Screw ‘em. I’m not in China.”
Sorry that I couldn’t tickle anyone’s funny bone today. Thumbs up all around, anyway!

Fact is if “God” is your co-pilot, you’re too insane to be on the road.
