I left the speakers outside durring a rain storm and the reciever was inside, but the ceiling leaked on it ( We are going through construction). The subwoofer was also outside, but sheltered somewhat by the house. Will they still work? How long should I wait to turn the equipment on again?

My husband is looking to change jobs. He operates heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, backhoes, etc. He would like to find another job that pays $11.00+ / hour, with a 40+ hours /work week. He has 15+ years experience operating equipment doing construction, grading, stock tanks & ponds, lakes, fence lines, pushing coal, roads & right-of-ways, housepads (foundations), etc. He may be willing to relocate for the right job/pay.

How much should a back hoe operator’s salary be with no experience but with a back hoe license?

Do you know, rufly, how much an operater of this machine would get for a starting salary with little experience but with a back hoe license.
I’ve heard some people say between thirty five to fourty dollars an hour to only twelve dollers an hour. What is it?

Pre-employment drug test for municipal job- hair or urine?

I was just offered a job with a municipality. It’s a confidential/managerial position (office work- no heavy machinery or driving). I’ve never had a pre-employment drug test before, even when I took a job with the State! Has anybody taken pre-employment drug tests for a town or something similar? Do they usually just do a urine test, or do they go all out and do hair testing too?
